New Years Resolution

I am making a New Year's Resolution to have more fun. I'm getting old. That's a fact. I don't want to get too old to enjoy some new adventures. So here's to my mid-life crisis. I am going to spend 2008 trying new things and enjoying my life. Whose with me?

Debbie's Birthday

Debbie had a birthday on Sunday so the girls went out to celebrate. It was a lot of fun except for the debrief I got at home from Dave. He is so paranoid. I was nice to him, right girls! I'm am so needing fun in my life so thanks Debbie for having a birthday! By the way, Debbie is holding some substance that Dave smuggled over from Mexico.

I try to be modest, but I had to post this photo of me during my Iraq deployment. I really gave a new meaning to "shock and awe" whilst patrolling the unruly streets of Sadr City.

Halloween is my favorite time of year for many reasons...most of which involve the consumption of ridiculous amounts of sugar, and general hooliganism. Plus I get to dress up. I love this picture where Hox and I have let our "inner-rockers" out. Viva Guitar Hero 3!!!!

Savannah loves the snow and really rips up the mountain with her board. We're so excited to take the kids all up to Brighton in February. Jack and Jordan, aka "The Sultans of Smash" should be fairly fun to watch. Anyone game for going with us? You're all invited!

Savannah and her cousin Victoria have decided they want magical ponies instead of cars when they turn 16....how pragmatic.

These are pictures of our vacation to Laguna Beach, California. The kids are having fun in the sun. Ren, Savannah and Emma enjoyed laying around on the sand while Jordan and Jackson did their best to get a trip to the ER. It was a great way to decompress after Dave's deployment to Iraq.
